After years living and working across Africa, Europe, and Australia, our founder, Teddy Kalife, repeatedly saw the same challenge: people could access therapy, but many still struggled to find someone who understood their language, background, family dynamics, relationships, identity, and lived experience.
Language was only part of the gap. The deeper issue was context — family expectations, upbringing, social norms, faith, identity, and the things people often leave unsaid but carry every day.
